I fire up a cigar once in a while. No cigaretts.
My last remission was 2-1/2 years long and the cluster only lasted 5 weeks, with only the one headache a day (the one that hits 1-1/2 hrs after you fall asleep). Used to have 8-9 month remissions with 8-12 week clusters.
