Now the update:
i'm using Verapamil curently 80mg 3 times/day
in about 2 weeks may go up to 120mg 3/day
noramlly used for angina(heart pain)or hypertension
Side effects:dizziness,lightheadedness,nausea or headache(go figure.Report breathing difficulty,rash,irregular heartbeat,leg or ankle swelling,constipation.
so far about 2 weeks and very good.
still get the odd one and if i miss any i will get one.
also to go with that i take
Migranal:(dihydroergotamine mesylate nasal spray)
1 spray each nostral for a full dose
wait 15 min for a second dose
each full dose contains 1mg
max of 2 bottles/day(8 sprays)24hr period
6 bottles /week
its an abortive type med
and the good news is best reaction time 3min
worst 23min and 2 full sprays.average kill time about 10min. i have yet to get a h/a that this stuff can't stop. there are side effect with this also you would need to talk to a Doc and discuss them and the who can and can't use it.
passing this on incase someone does not know about this. I know i didn't.
