I have posted this before, and I will warn everyone again. Do not take niacinamide or niacin, especially in combination with vitamin C, in large doses if you are a clusterhead. Large doses of niacin cause extreme vaso-dialation and have given me 2-hour #10 attacks that could not be aborted no matter what I did. Small amounts in multi-vitamins seem o.k., but watch out for those individual niacin pills!
