You have to experience a walking during an attack with a dog that bark, another that put his feet under yours and cry, then the first one that licks your hands, and so on.....
Now the bathroom is my room, but I regret the 'happy walking 'round the table'
I think that if the walking is short, fast and circular, this help much, due to an autohypnotic component.
