I have heard that CH occurs only with men. I am most definately female. I have other family members who have migranes but no known relatives with cluster headaches. I have been having them for 12 years , with a 5 year interval between 1st and 2nd onset. Now I have a reoccuring bout with them aprox. every 2 months. Have not found a medicine that works as of yet.
