I've only "known" your mom for a short time, but I already think of her as a dear friend. Her understanding and compassion are a great help to me and I hope I can be a help to her to in the future. When I read your message I cried, and then I called my sister and cried again when I told her my friend was sick. Please know that all of us here are thinking of your mom, and praying for her speedy recovery. And on a note just for you, when I was discussing my own infertility problems with your mom, she suggested I think of adoption, and told me how much she loved you and your sisters and brother. I hope that someday, I have a child I can be as proud of as Elaine is of you all.
