Dear Heather,
My heart is aching for the pain that you and your family are feeling right now. Though I have never met your mom I feel that I have come to know her through her many posts. Her compassion, empathy and strength have spoken to many of us here at CH com.
On my dresser there is an old and faded note that my own mom wrote many years ago. It has seen me through many years of pain, fear, sorrow and trouble. I offer her words to you in hopes that it may bring you a small measure of comfort:
"I put this day, my life and all that I love in the Lord's hands.
There is no harm in the Lord's hands, only good."
Heather, I am praying for your mom, for you and all of your family, and I know that many, many more are praying too. We are all here for you.
You are in God's hands.
