Everybody that has not tried it yet should try Verapamil as preventative. Note: many docs prescribe a rather low dosage, about what is usual for heart patients. However, in 38'000 messages on this board, there are only a few who report success at a doses of less than 360 mg/day.
So if you haven't done yet, try it!!!
