when you quit/finish/get fired they put you through a legal exit interview, before you get your held-back final paycheck
one of the things you do is sign a paper saying you've told them EVERYTHING you know about ANY problems, and if you later "sing" about anything you didn't mention in your exit interview it's a level 928 federal offense and you won't hear the black helicopters coming until the guys pop thorugh your bedroom windows

SUGGESTION:
figure out which way is in the prevailing upwind direction from your local friendly ( XXXcorporate nameXXX deleted by WWW international security agency) PWR nuke,
and move at least 50 miles away in that direction
