we need to remember that being in a CH cluster DOESN'T mean we aren't susceptible to OTHER events-

we just tend to get so fixed on CH when we're in a cluster that we see EVERYTHING as CH

I suspect strongly that's what's behind a lot of the apparently strange CH symtpom reports
