We all hate the word "headache" because it just sounds so common. If we are going to distinguish ourselves we need an impressive answer when someone asks what kind of ailment we have.
I think "cephalalgia" has a nice ring to it. How about adding "horrenda?" We keep CH, but it won't get the reply, "take 2 asp..."
Or maybe some of you have a better suggestion - something a little more racy? derogatory? descriptive?
scientific? unpronouncable?
