Please excuse my poor English, it obviously isn't my mother tongue. Episodic sufferers may have free-pain periods that vary from 5 months to 15 years or so. The question then is: If anyone suspects or knows of an external cause, other than drinking plenty of alcohol or smoking like a chimeny, that may trigger the new episode. Thanks.
