12 years getting ready for Unversity
4 years at University becoming an Engineer
2 years at University trying to figure out how to manage engineers
2 more years at University studying the mind of engineers
Now I can tell you why an Engineer should know how to fix a hole in the wall (thanks to Hewlett and Packard), and how to motivate the engineer to do it (give him a new tool). How do I get the Engineer to stop making holes in the wall is another story!
