As to the Esgic Plus, I have used Esgic for many years for CH pain relief, and I must say that it has been very helpful the majority of the time. However, frequent use can cause rebound headaches that can be worse than the original one(s), and if you take the prescribed amount (as opposed to a lesser quantity), I would not plan on doing anything of any consequence (like driving a car or operating any equipment) as your reactions are significantly compromised.
There are a couple of earlier posts (maybe about a week or so ago) on the board regarding Esgic/Esgic Plus that you might want to take a look at.
