The mild stages, excruciating as they are, do not bring tears like you describe.
BUT...When the pain reachs THAT other point... I am extremely saddened by the fact that I am in the last place in the world that I want to be... experiencing the last thing in the world I want to feel. It is the brink of dispair...only my faith keeps me sane at THAT point.
