It sounds to me like your kitchen sink theory "holds water". Doctors make educated guesses about medicines that will work for you. My suggestion is to take this list of drugs down to your pharmacy and talk to the pharmacist. He/she can tell you how compatible they are. These people know about presciption drugs better than doctors. They will usually discuss side-effects with you to let you know what to watch for. Good luck with it...
