Welcome to the Best Group of people in the world.
I found this sight one year ago. It was the most amasing thing to me. To finaly talk to someone else who knew that i had more than just a headache!
The crying is very normal.
It is best to try to control it thow. I have found that if i let my emotions get the best of me while having a HA that it makes it worse. That does not stop my right eye from tearing thow.
I have also been known to cry after the headache has ended. Sometimes a bout of depression will kick in, after it is all over. Now that cry is a good one for me. As, i can get the depression out of my system and open up more to my partner. During that cry i will tell all of my fears.
My best recomendation for you is to listen to your husband. Learn from him what he needs from you.
We are a crankie bunch while we are in pain. The life of the suporter is a hard one. Learn as much as you can. And, turn to all of us here at CH.COM
for anything. No matter how stupid you may think that the question is.
WELCOME!!!!!
Doug L
