I have just come out of a cycle in the past couple of weeks. Although I crave a beer and a night out on the town, previous experience has alway told me to wait untill I am pain free for at least a month before I even think about it. If I were to drink now, I would be right back in the middle of them again. Good luck and pain free days to you.
