The only thing I could find on the subject was a website at www.harvard.edu/forum_2Cluster Headaches. There is someone who actually had surgery at the Scripps Clinic in LaJolla Calif for their CH. Said it reduced them down to a level that they could be tolorated. Hope this helps you, please let me know. They did explain the procedue on the website.
