Naw, Linda, I too would love to go med free
during these bouts. So, I understand your search for alternatives. And, we might tend to reach for straws now and then. I hope people understand this and answer with respect. I myself doubt there is much creedence in magnets, but don't have the right to say so. Who knows, that's why we're all here, to ask.
And, as strange as it sounds, I do use a U shaped pillow that fits comfortably around my neck. When I lean back in a chair, it seems to help keep pressure off at least what I suspect to be my trigger point in my neck.
Hope you get a good answer from a knowledgable person in your question.
