Can I ask, after reading your other post, how long have you been going without medications?
I'm on just over 2 weeks now myself and managing, but haven't passed the 7 level yet. Will have to see how I feel about the meds when I do.
If it's been a long time without the meds, any secrets into minor relief. I say minor, because I know we are not doing anything to ease the pain.
And, still haven't even decided if we're doing the right thing. Myself, I just gotta try it!
