I had the same problem, embarrasment at work.
This year I printed out a lot of info from this
site and others and took it to my employers and fellow workers. My "headaches thingy's" were put in a new light for them. I stay at work as long as possible, but then realize there comes a point where it could be dangerous to me and my fellow workers to stay. Would hate to be carrying a very heavy roll of Linoleum up a flight of stairs and cause someone else to get hurt if hit by an attack. Plus, with a knife in hand most of the day, thats to convieniant (spelling). If ya know what I mean ; )
Get them the facts... I was glad I finally swallowed my pride and did.
