The reason im thinking of this route. Is, that i have not had a full remision in over a year.
I do beleave that my verapimel and lithium do reduse the number and severite of my headaches. But, I'm also starting to think that they are the cause of me not going in remision. I have been taking verapimel for 10 yrs now and lithium for 3 years.
I have been getting around 1 to 2 headaches a day. With short (very) periods of remision. I rarely at this time (unless I alter my sleep schedual) get a headache while I am asleep. When im in full blown cycle i always have trouble whith the HA's and sleep. It just seems strange to me that im not realy having all that much truble whith the night time HA's
I am truly thinking about this. But, like i told Sailpappy. I afraid of what to do while at work etc. if i get a headache.
With the med. free approch do you think it would be ok to keep the imitrex for the times that i must have instant releaf?
Please hold my hand. I'm so very scared to try this appoch.
