I have your same symptoms (the lenght is a bit longer, they last 60/75 minutes).
Anyway the symptoms may vary a lot in us:
someone have scalp hurt, someone not, someone the teeth, the shoulder, the ear....
The only common thing is ONE-SIDED pain
