As sad as it is to hear you too suffer CH, we're glad you found us. I wish everyone dealing with this could find their way here. Your experiences shared will always effect someone. These folks have given me plenty to think about, support, and even some much needed humor. Join in often and help us and we'll all try to help you too.
You've found people who understand now, so have I. A lot of relief in just that one aspect.
Are you episodic or chronic? I've had no luck with medications either, but these guys are trying to teach me about different types and/or other methods that may work.
