I have found that after many years of suffering, my
prayers have been answered. Three years now with out
severe cluster outbreak. Limiting alcohol and caffein
seems to help. I sometimes get that kind of tingly
burn that preceeds full blown cluster headache, but
it never breaks through. Maybe I have "outgrown" them.
I am 31, started with chronic clusters at age 15.
Whatever it is, I thank the Lord. It is easy to forget
