Seriously, I think it is important to learn the cause of the trigger of these headaches and avoid that like the plague, why we get them and others don't under the same environment seems to remain a mystery, maybe we will live longer as we learn to avoid things like paint fumes that others say doesn't brother them till they die of lung cancer or something.
