I have not used any meds during this latest bout
and find the headaches are less frequent although they are BRUTAL in thier intensity. You
definetly have to stay away from any of your known triggers!!! I think that my bout is gonig to
end but you never know because just when you are getting a good nights sleep the monster gets you...badly.
