I took zyban and it seems to help (if you remember to take it)
It used to be prescribed for OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)
and even though I did not take it for long enough,
I'm still smoking, I did stop biting my nails!!!
Oh well, I do intend to try again and by the way,
My nails are looking great.
