I pay $36.60 plus tax here in R.I. As far as
smoking goes, I know its bad for me but I'm really
tired of people making me feel like smoking is a
freakin crime. Some of these people think nothing
of drinking a 6 pack or more and getting behind the wheel. I don't think anyone has killed someone
while smoking a cigarette and driving. I have people at work make a comment EVERY time I go outside for a cigarette but brag about how they're
going to pound down more than a few drinks after
work then drive home. Beleive me, its hard to
keep my comments to myself when that happens.
