This works for me most times, at least makes CH bearable. I have recommended it to others and it seems to be mostly effective as well. It does not involve prescribed Rx, but O-T-C drug.

I have found that both of the above must be taken together. Individually = no effect. Must be both together.
These are cheaper than precription, with possibly less side effects. I take them every 4 hrs when during the worst times of episode. Also, a bit of caffeine helps if added to this in the form of pepsi, or coffee. Only side effect so far - dry mouth (very), and bit of the jitters from caffeine.
