I could never put weight on (6'1 1/2" 195 pounds until I started taking amitriptylene, a lady friend tried amitriptylene, made a choclate cake, but before she baked ate the whole bowl of dough, I went up to 240 pounds and was starving myself, back down to 200 now and hope I break this spell so I can get off of this drug, my colestrol count also shot over 280 while on amitriptylene, but when I get off it, it goes back down to around 125, you can always gain an immunity to the drugs you take, but never an immunity to these damn headaches.
