Susan real sorry you have to go though this with your insurance co. I had the same problems with my old insurance but i got a letter from my doctor and took it to the insurance co. and talk with mgmt. I also told them if they had any headaches with out the O2 i would visit the hospital everytime and about 1 hour later it was apporved. Now i just started a new job in a diffrent city and the first thing i thought of was when my cluster start back up hope i dont have any problems well i'm in the middle of my cycle now and the
new insurance is great and my new doctors are cool to, I had all my old medical records tranfered here and everything has work out.
