I keep a portable 3' tank at bedside, and have a smaller version to carry over my shoulder when I get out. It works great... and fast. The relief wears off quickly, though, and you have to repeat the process until the HA goes away or your medicine kicks in. I set my regulator at 4-5 liters/minute, and usually get relief within 5-10 minutes, lasting 20-30 minutes. You can only use it short doses - not wear the thing to sleep, so eventually that gets real old and you get real tired. And used too often, it seems to give me rebound effect, but I'm not sure about that. You need a prescription, but insurance picks up the whole cost. And the suppliers deliver the tanks to your door (even on weekends and at night)! Ask your doctor for a prescription and try it.
