I take Verapamil 240 mg four times a day. It has helped me a lot. If you go up on your doseage please check with your doctor your blood pressure should be taken and watched close till you get the right dose. I went to 5 times a day and my blood pressure bottomed out. PLEASE be careful and talk to your doctor.
