I had just been given a magnet necklace and tried going off lithium. Oh my god, no headaches! I thought I found the magic cure. Posted on the board and got hounded. But that was OK, I'm a pretty tough broad. Fast forward three weeks, duh, the half life of lithium and BAM, crashing down head and no down time. Oh, yeah, I also had started a trial of feverfew and magnesium. Prescribed people, don't freak. I tried too. Now I'm full time on ritalin and the unmedicated thought terrifies me.
