Margi and Dave are both correct...for different folks.
Margi's description is right for anyone (even those using Netscape) EXCEPT aol-ites.
AOL just doesn't play well with non-aolers when it comes to email attachments. Mrs. Holloman has spoken to AOL many times about this, but some kids are just plain stubborn.
