I usually retire about 11:00 PM. By about 5-6 AM my left hand, particularly ring & baby finger begin to tingle. The pattern began on 2/16. At first, (2-16) it took about an hour of flexing etc. to work out the numbness. Now, I will flex my fist a few times & I can feel the circulation. This pattern (early in the AM & same area has me worried). Is this a pinched nerve?? I have no other symptoms that accompany-dizziness or anything unusual. I'm somewhat concerned.
