Good thought, Rob.I have wondered this in the last 15 years. I have had clusters for 36 years. I have impaired vision because of a tilted optic nerve on the right side. Doctors don't know what has caused it. Also have had a malignant growth removed from my right upper lip. My right side of face is beginning to droop just a bit. I wonder if this could be from scar tissue build-up in the nerve endings from each attack. Christine, I also have pins and needles and creepy crawly sensations in my face and right ear. Also pain has increased in last 15 years of clusters.
