I can't imagine being chronic!
My recovery time has become longer with the years.
It usually takes me a month or two before I am sure they are gone and can get back to 'real' living.
During the time of the warning signs, I keep the inevitable in the back of my mind, while making the best of out of the time I have at the moment.
The beast takes so much from me when he attacks.
I won't let him take my pain-free days as well!
Fear of the unknown can be 'cured' through making your own reality.
We are all the strongest people in the 'known' world.
