I've had them for 18 years. First 6 years it was twice a year for about a month. The last 12 years its been once every two years for about a month.
Hopefully, the episodes will stay as they are or get even longer. I cannot imagine the misery of our chronic friends. I feel for them, but pray I don't join them.
