I feel my CH's are triggered by pollutants, and practically all pollutants are heavier than air, one thing about flying is that the air is very clean and fresh up there. For whatever reason, I believe my body over reacts to irritants, this morning the air in Central WI is from the north and is as clean and fresh as can be, wood burning neighbors are gone, no CH's last night, just a amitriptyline hangover, now I wish I suffered through the CH's so I wouldn't have this hangover. When I feel an CH come on, my natural reaction is to run, think my body is trying to tell me that something in the air is damaging it, could load up with tranquilizers to clam the body down and live a life as a zombie, or just try to find fresh air someplace.
