I think what happened to Andre is what's happening to me. I used to be on 240 mgs of Verapamil and it stopped my last episode. However, when this new one started, the Verapamil still allowed one attack per 24 hour period. So after 3 days of pain, just to experiment, I took two Verapamil instead of one. It's now been over 24 hours since the last attack. Too early to call it, but if the pattern persists, it looks like dosage may be my problem.
