oxygen is the greatest!!! (at least for me) i always have it cranked up to 7 or 8, any lower and i don't seem to get relief. i prefer the mask to the nose thing. i also choose to stay on the oxygen until my headache is cleared. (this was not recommended by my dr, but i'm the one with the headache not him)
