I also take verapamil (180MG)daily and 1 wigraine daily for prevention. in '92 I took 180mg verapamil twice a day but have tapered off to just one pill each day. I have not had an attack since '92. One time last summer I had one cluster headache and I doubled up on my verapamil for several weeks. The medicene and tyramine free diet seems to have mine in control.
