It's been like 15 years since I quite the verapamil therapy, after working great for 2 years it just quit all of a sudden. we went to other therapys and came back to try it once again in a much higher dosage with no luck at all!
I do know someone that had the surgery for his Post Herpetic Neuralgia syndrome, he suffered like me and after the surgery he still gets the HA"s and now he is paralized on the left side of his face and arm. So I'd be careful with the thought process, You might be opening a can of "Kick Ass" as Steve Austin says. Sailpappy
