Ergomar is the US brand of the sublingual tab. It has been my mainstay for years. Besides being effective, it's relatively inexpensive (ca. $3/tab). During an active cycle it can also be used as a preventative by routinely taking 3 per day.
I posted a couple of months ago (?) about a company which is developing a new inhaler but it's likely to be a couple of years before it's on the market. Looking forward to that product since the inhaler worked the best for me.
