Jackie, for what it's worth, I too have been
suffering since 1972. After many experiments with
everything from Sansert to Demerol, I have finally
hit on something that works. No, it doesn't stop
your cycles, but it really makes them bearable.
At the first sign of a CH (and we all know when
their coming) I take a 20mg Imetrex followed by
oxygen at 10 liters a minute. In all instances,
the CH abates in less than 15 minutes with no
repeat for at least 4 to 5 hours. Definetly helps
at night. It doesn't stop or shorten your cycle
but sure shortens the CH duration. Hope it helps
