When the shadows come at the begining of a cycle,
Excedrin Migraine PM works for about 3 days.
But, as they start turning from shadows into attacks, I can just throw them out. They don't do a thing. Don't even help put me to sleep, course nothing does now anyway.
Maybe, since we all seem to respond different, it will hopefully last longer in relief for you.
