I bought it at the pharmacy. It is over-the-counter, but just ask the pharmacist where they keep it in the drug store. I bought the Zostrix brand...comes in two strengths, I bought the stronger of the two. I was told to use it externally, on the temple, and it did nothing. Haven't tried it in the nose...anything is worth a shot! Good luck!
